I mailed off my applications today. Yay! I thought those personal narratives would be the death of me. Don't get me wrong; I can write. I'm just horribly uncreative and I feel like such a jerk writing about why I'm so great. Hopefully I'll get into La Crosse because as nice as moving to Florida for two years sounds, I don't think I'm cut out for life in a big city. I get paranoid just going to Walmart three blocks away. Which, can you really blame me? Walmart's where all the crazies go. On the other hand it would be nice to move to where the high school doesn't have a "Drive Your Tractor to School Day."

So I've finally broken down and made myself a journal. Up until now I've just lurked around LJ reading fics. I have no idea what I'll post about, but I'm willing to give it a shot. First things first...I have to figure out how to use this darn thing. I'm a college graduate for Christ's sake. How hard can it be? For now though, I'm going to bed. That's right, going to bed at 8:00. Don't judge me; I work tomorrow and I've worked the last nine days straight. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to get up at five in the AM.
